Damn! this is all i did.

Get forwarded to a business networking event by a buddy, end up going there in business clothes-suit n all, along with rings for peacocking.

Reach there not knowing what to expect... start talking to a few guys to warm up...

Notice a HB8.5 getting all the fucking attention & interest from any guy present there.

HB8.5, 30, Blonde, Great Big BooBs, green-blue eyes, voluptuous, great legs.

Catch her many times just staring my way.

Mystery's words pop into my mind "to open the hottest girl in the venue, you should have pre-selection going for you, you should open her with a girl on your arm or she must've seen you talking with many girls before".

So I Do Not Open Her at the first instance that I see her ....as I've done so many times in the past.

Open a mixed 5 set- riff there for a bit, move on to a 2 set-seems to be going somewhere but can't seem to hold it.
As soon as I realised that the 2 set isn't going anywhere, I excused myself & moved away.

Opened up a new 3 set...in proximity to HB8.5....

New 3 set's got a HB8 Russian, start gaming the group, slowly proceed to make it a 2 way b/w me & the russian girl.
An external interrupt results in me merging HB8.5's set with the 3 set... still do not engage completely the HB8.5...
I'm good at dancing, I spin HB8 russian, show her a few dance moves.. HB8.5 is in close proximity.
Facebook close HB8 russian, move to the bar to get a drink, catch this now huge set from the corner of my eye to see if I can move instead to the HB8.5 from the HB8 russian.
Get a chance & BOOM am in there. Open with TD's Normal conversation opener hehe.

& Man Oh Man does she have so many fucking orbiters around her! 3 at 1st & then 4!

She keeps mentioning that she saw me at the previous networking event-I was not there, I keep busting her chops on it, calling her a stalker. She asks her orbiters about the same & they all nod in approval ...ofcourse why wouldn't they

I Befriend all the orbiters, giving each of them instant respect for their different professions. I have placed myself in the lock-in position at this point & it looks as if everyone else is gaming me.

I twirl HB8.5, get a bit of kino going & from that point on she's almost always grazing my arm while talking... making one orbiter always trying to wrap his arm around her & pull her away.

Earlier this would have affected me but this time whenever this was happening, I would just switch to talk to one of the other orbiters over there.

Whenever HB8.5 would be free to talk, BOOM- DHV Story. I accepted her constant grazing against me keeping in mind Matador's words from Chicago 2011 : "Think of yourself in your mind as this one sexy muthaf*** "

I learnt this point system from Discovery in Chicago, very effective this.

In between I am going off & on on varied topics till I reach a hook-point- TD's defn. of basically a topic that she's really interested about. Once the hook point is reached, she's just going gaga about that topic

One of the orbiters goes away...
...Now am thinking of a cool venue(s) to bounce her to.... make sure her buying temperature is up & BOOM take the lead & tell her we should go there. She's alright with it, am thinking to myself wow! hehe
Am assuming the remaining 2 of her orbiters are going to tag along... one drops off the trail in the venue itself, one is still trying to tag along, I do not show any discomfort whatsoever, just befriending him all the time while we're waiting for her to come back from the washroom. He's still trying to tag along, trying to bounce her to a venue of his own hehe she mentions we're going to my mentioned venue & he drops off the trail.

The venue I chose was again me playing to my strengths- a bar with a live band & big enough dance floor.

We grab a spot, sit besides her saying its too loud to sit opposite of her. Great proximity & constant kino going. Again, Matador's words come to mind: "KINO & ROLL-OFF, KINO & ROLL-OFF!"

Move her to the dance floor, again include ROLL-OFFs in my dance moves....man could I see the effect it was having on her....

we come off the dance floor, back to the table & in the next few minutes BOOM! the kiss happens. Follow Matador's MUAH Kiss system & of not making the Kiss out to be this huge fucking deal.

lessons learnt -
don't go after the structure so damn rigidly-I was doing this a lot & getting really frustrated.
if you're having a bit of trouble with your game, do what Style (Neil Strauss) did- borrow from different philosophies of The Game & accumulate all of them together, it helps.
If something's not working for you or is incongruent about you-for me it was my long haired persona, don't be afriad to experiment & change it. Discovery adviced me about short hair in Chicago 2011, he said the long hair hid my jaw lines, I went with it & I could feel a new found confidence with the new refreshing look.
Above all, Fucking Persevere my friends, you will end up reaching that moment where everything starts falling together.
