the feelings I mentioned in the title bar all have one thing in common.. they are all a result of a low energy state.. and not a state as in "your going to get in state in a club" that is a talkative state that you can change by talking more.. what I am reffering to is something I have not put enough thought into to figure out a good name for it.. so I am going to call it an "emotional state".. a low energy emotional state!
![]() when you get in this low energy emotional state.. you don't just get into it for no reason.. it is a way for your body to tell you that something is wrong.. when something is wrong.. you should always search for the wrong internaly and not externaly.. because you can't get angry because of somone else.. if you really put some thought into that.. you would relize that is completely illogical... somone else cant make you angry! they are not you! they cant controll your mind! ![]() somone else can only say or do something that triggers a bad emotion in your body which is innitally caused by a personal weakness of yours that weakness is what is wrong.. and the reason you are angry! dont blame the other person because you have a weakness!! how dare you!! ![]() which brings me to my point.. see a weakness.. is a low survival action.. and a strength is a high survival action.. so the only thing you can do to fix your stress, anger, depression, etc. is to continuously figure out these low survival actions you are doing.. and to work on them and fix them.. by continuously increasing your survival and replication value! allow me to make sure you understand! the only way to get rid of negative emotions is to increase your survival and replication value! did you get that??

Stress and tension may causes loneliness and hate for ourselves. Try to share your problems with your friends and close relatives. Make busy yourself in some other tasks such as listening your favourite music, playing sports and do regularly meditation.

Stress is very bad mentally problem to make human effortless and lower the thinking power some times. I am doing yoga and meditation regularly to deal and standing over the hyper tension and stress. Make busier your self with playing sports and listening your favourite kind of music.

Today everyone feel stress and depression in their daily life. Try to make to able yourself to fight these kind of tension in to your life. Do yoga and meditation once in a day in a peaceful environment. Make busy yourself in other kind of your favourite hobby.
