When we think of a leader of people, we see these men whom are great at inspiring and making everyone around them feel like they can relate and do better things. Or having the abilities to have a presence and demeanor about them that just brings people towards them. For some people I don't think its that easy for them to distinguish what being a leader means to them and thus can never get to the point that is required to being one in the first place.

I had a deep thought on this very concept the other day and the answer to myself was quite profound.

Imagine being in the Army and you're doing a long run, while leading the pack the whole way. You notice you have stragglers, and instead of finishing first you STOP. . turn around and run with those who are having a more difficult time.

I thought about it, that sometimes its not about finishing the race first to be a winner or something along those lines. Sometimes a leader steps down from his position of leading and offers to help inspire those around him to higher levels by simply believing and motivating those individuals towards there best possible self. He simply doesn't mind being behind as long as his team finishes and thats what a leader does.

He doesn't ignore that he can make a simple difference.

Today there was only today, for tommorow is not a promise and yesterday has already long since passed by. Caught inside the collision and distortions of Past, Present, and Future. . its only a matter of time before wise perspective starts to take its fold amongst it all.

In a way it makes a lot of sense and small points, points that over time are only learned and honed over time. This is inherent wisdom in everybody, a error of seeing the folly of past failed methods, and present persuits to correct or improve.

Pick-Up like anything in life is a dedicated practice to where the only place one could end up is improving if that said person puts fourth his best efforts in improvement from the start.

But, on the contrary how far has the persuit of improvement in once section of life laid the grounds for the collapse of other aspects of life around it. For its all a lending system, and each section requires significant reliance upon the other to carry on with its overall purpose and objective.

Its inside these existing thoughts and eventual doubts that most will dissuade you from any improvement and lackluster abilities after continous effort.

It happens, after years of being inside this generated jargon of game and tactics. The truth, always presents itself in the truest aspect of what it was meant to be. Sadly, most men never reach this critical point for long ago they traded the abilitie to truly become the "seducer" as opposed to leading a "seductive allure" of which one over the other is just a mirage, a mere facade in the dust.

Its all inside you're mind, and that's what it starts the moment you decide anything. Once you decide to go out and attempt to improve what you always "thought" was lacking. . if you are truly vigilant. . then you will notice things after a certain time of looking for the answers.

It all starts with a thought, that is where the beauty of anything exists.
