NYC Manhattan Lair
Are there any lairs in Manhattan?
I have this fantasy about starting one. Here's what I'm be thinking: - 5 bedrooms, $900- $1100 a month - Live-in housekeeper/ chef (a PUA nanny  An idea I've been toying with. Maybe instead of paying her we'd give her a break on rent.)- 4 PUA's - Upper West side As I said, right now it's just a fantasy but if anyone is interested in making that a reality, I'm down. -Minnow

Nevermind, I see that there is an excellent one in NYC.
I still think my fantasy is pretty sweet though.
