There is this amazing girl that works as a hairstylist where I go to get my haircut, and I'm trying to find a way to ask her out, we always have a nice conversation every time I go, I just need to find the best way to ask her out, I really dint want to mess this up, what would be the best way to do it??

Ask here to a dinner party, invite a few other friends.

Ask her first, say, "I'm having a some friends over for a dinner party next week, I'd like you to come.", she wont feel threatened by this approach, if she says yes, organize the party.

Alternatively, just ask here if you can buy her a cup of coffee sometime.

If you can get pre-selection as much as possible that would be the best way to start.

say if the place was in the mall, it would be very easy for you to be walking by with some female friends of yours, duck your head in when its not busy at all and she's completely bored and invite her to a fun, interesting party during the weekend.

Alternatively, while getting your haircut or any other plausibly deniable situation, run a fun canned routine, some DHV stories, then attempt to qualify into A3. Then invite to the party.
